Amazing service. We were out of fuel with our truck and 5th wheel on I-81, 2 miles from the service station . Our gold RV AAA mebership was useless saying we'd have to tow the truck and leave the trailer if they ever did find us. We resorted to google to get us off the interstate and Touchdown was great. Thanks again folks for your speeedy service and help. Highly recommended ????

Excellent service!! My daughter was stuck in the left lane of a busy highway during rush hour. They came almost immediately and took her out of danger, restarted the car and calmed all of us. I definitely made the right call by calling Touchdown!! Reasonably priced as well.

Troy went above and beyond. My boyfriend and I were 2.5 hours from home on the side of the road on I-81 at midnight and no Uber’s or lyfts or even taxis were available. Troy drove us to the closest town 30 minutes away and brought us to the bus station, upon arrival no busses were available until morning he stayed to make sure we got a bus, once we couldn’t he drove us even further to bring us to a hotel for the night. There’s no words to express our gratitude towards Troy and this company. If you’re even the slightest considering this company, don’t think twice and call them!

Troy answered the phone right away and helped us out late at night when we needed a tire switched to a new rim. Great service and low price. 100% would recommend to others.

We were at a rest area on I-81 in New York State. We had a flat on our RV and Geico's roadside assistance could not find anyone to come out and help us. This gentleman happened to be on a leisure trip in his SUV which said touchdown roadside assistance on the side. I asked him if he could help us and he did not have any of his work equipment with him. However, he pulled over and helped my husband change the tire. If I ever needed help with repairs and I were in the area I would call him.

I’ve just returned from my vacation in NYC. On the way there the alternator in my car blew. I was worried and frantic because we were seemingly in the middle of no where and 3 hours away from NYC. Then an angel named A.J. came to our rescue! He was knowledgeable, polite, kind, and efficient. He saved us! He is truly a sweet human. He wouldn’t let me tip him but he did let me hug him! What an amazing company. I was on my way back home to Washington DC from a weekend visit in upstate NY when my car suddenly began making a troubling noise. I pulled into a gas station off the Gibson exit where the cashier inside recommended that I call this company. After placing the call, about 10 minutes later three wonderful men AJ, Troy, and Junior showed up to take a look to see what was going on with my car. They were able to figure it out and fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of car repair assistance. They are a local family owned business and treat you like family. I couldn’t be happier with the service that they offered.
